Pack of 4 spacers to fit between the Minirack leg and the adaptor bracket/plate. This allows the bars to be levelled in relation to each other. This is especially important when fitting ladder racks or other accessories over 3 or more bars. Each spacer is 10mm thick. You may also need matching fastener packs (see below for description). FOR USE WITH MINIRACK LEGS ONLY, NOT GUTTER MOUNT OR AXB.

Contains enough fasteners to secure a pair of Minirack Legs to their respective adaptors, with or without spacers -

• 4 x M8 x 30 cap head socket screws (no spacers)
• 4 x M8 x 40 cap head socket screws (+1 spacer)
• 4 x M8 x 50 cap head socket screws (+2 spacers)

All fasteners are A2 grade (304) stainless steel and will not corrode in even the most adverse weather conditions.

Clips into the end of the aero section roof bar to make a neat and safe finished end.

Lockable Bazooka roof-tube end cap to fit 110mm or 160mm PVC soil pipe. With fitted internal neoprene anti-rattle pad. Padlock not included.

Pair of anodised aluminium pipe clamps to fit all 110mm and 160mm PVC soil pipes. Includes all mounting hardware for KRS roof racks.

Replacement rail mount foot for AXB type car/SUV roof racks. Standard or Large size (foot only - bar and fittings not included).

Replacement rail mount leg for gutter-fitted roof bars (e.g. Transit 2000 - 2013, Sprinter pre-2006)

Pack of 4 x 10,0mm spacers to allow fine tuning of roof bar height above the vehicle roof. Allows 2 bars to be raised 10,0mm (2 spacers per bar) or one bar to be raised 20,0mm (4 spacers per bar). You may need to fit longer screws to the rack legs to achieve the correct secure fastening (available from hardware stores and engineer's merchants). Note - We DO NOT recommended raising any one bar more than 40,0mm.

Channel nuts slide into the top channel of the roof bar from the end, or they can be clipped in from the top, and allow fitting of accessories such as ladder racks, pipe tubes, loading rollers, etc. High-quality mild steel, Bright Zinc Plated steel to stave off corrosion. Available in packs of 12 (M6, M8 or 50/50 mix)

Pack of assorted stainless steel screws and washers, giving you plent of options for fitting non-KRS accessories. Use in conjunction with our channel nut packs (above). 40 pieces per pack.

Special rectangular nuts for mounting the adaptor brackets to the roof of Vauxhall/Opel Vivaro 'A', Renault Trafic X83 and Nissan Primastar (2001 - 2013). 4 Nuts required per bar.

Note that KRS Minirack Bars cannot be fitted to the single mounting point over the cabin on these vehicles - the front bar as fitted to BT vans of this period was a "special" for BT and is no longer available. We do not keep mounting spares for this bar.

Top rubber extrusion to fit in the wide slot on the top of the aero bars, and buffer strip to fit in the lower channels. Correct fitment of the top rubber and wind buffer strips is essential to maintaining "silent running" with KRS roof racks - if they aren't fitted properly the wind noise will drive you potty!!
